‘KINGSMAN’ Prequel Film Gets New Title & Official Synopsis

The upcoming Kingsman prequel—formerly known as Kingsman: The Great Game—has received a title change. It will now be known as The King’s Man and you can view the official logo above. The log line is below:

As a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them. Discover the origins of the very first independent intelligence agency in THE KING’S MAN, directed by Matthew Vaughn, coming to theaters February 2020.

The film also continues the tradition of the first two by having quite an impressive cast, which currently consists of Harris Dickinson (Maleficent: Mistress of Evil), Ralph Fiennes (Spectre, Wrath of the Titans), Daniel Bruhl (Captain America: Civil War, Inglourious Basterds), Rhys Ifans (Snowden, The Amazing Spider-Man), Charles Dance (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Game of Thrones), Stanley Tucci (Transformers: The Last Knight, Captain America: The First Avenger), Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Avengers: Age of Ultron, Kick-Ass), Matthew Goode (A Discovery of Witches, Watchmen), Gemma Arterton (Prince of Persia, Clash of the Titans), Djimon Hounsou (Captain Marvel, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword), Tom Hollander (Bird Box, Bohemian Rhapsody), Branka Katic (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, American Odyssey), Neil Jackson (Westworld, Pulse) and Alison Steadman (The Singing Detective, Life is Sweet).

The King’s Man is slated to hit theaters in February 2020.
